Mr. Elie El Baz
Mr. Elie El Baz was born in the city of Bejaâd, Morocco, in 1948. He is a Professor of Higher Education at the Faculté de droit de Casablanca, as well as Associate Professor at the Université de Bordeaux (centre d’études d’Afrique Noire). He holds a Ph.D. in public law and political science and a Ph.D. in history.
Mr. El Baz continued his postgraduate studies at the université Paris-I, Pantheon- Sorbonne. He graduated from Ecole Pratique des Hautes Etudes, 4ème section : sciences religieuses. Mr. El Baz is an active member of the Association « Akwass » in Bejaâd. He works on fighting poverty and illiteracy, cultural, health, and education development.
